I work with adults of all ages, either in person or through online sessions. I can help with a variety of concerns including :

  • anxiety and feeling overwhelmed or stressed

My Style

My style is warm, empathic and interactive. I'll certainly do a lot of listening and exploring with you, and I also believe in providing honest feedback and practical strategies that empower you to make meaningful changes. Depending on your situation, we might decide that there are things for you try out between sessions. Together we'll identify patterns in your life that are no longer working for you and find new ways of living that give you greater fulfillment.

After our first couple of sessions together you will have a good sense of whether or not you feel comfortable working with me. Research shows that a good fit between therapist and client is essential to successful therapy so you want to make sure that you feel like we click.

My Approach

I draw from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relational, psychodynamic, attachment based, and mindfulness practices to fit your unique needs. Staying up to date with current research and practice directions is important to me and I enjoy sharing what I learn with my clients.
